In two weeks, Dangal has earned Rs 313 crore at the domestic box office and is all set to cross the record created by Aamir’s 2014 release PK. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted saying, #Dangal had a REMARKABLE Week 2… All set to surpass *lifetime biz* of #PK in Week 3 and emerge the HIGHEST GROSSER of Hindi films.
The audience has loved Aamir’s latest offering and the box office collections are a proof. The film hasn’t slowed down even at the end of week 2. The film is all set to break the record of Salman Khan‘s Bajrangi Bhaijaan by end of tomorrow. Salman’s film had collected Rs 320.34 crore at the end of it’s lifetime business. With a one week left to go for Aditya Roy Kapur and Sharaddha Kapoor’s Ok Jaanu to release, Dangal is all set to cross the lifetime collections of PK and become the highest grosser in Bollywood.
Our trade expert Akshaye Rathi had predicted that Dangal will touch the Rs 350 crore mark and set new records.
